Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from the UK.

UK delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, and Express delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery
We also ship to selected international destinations using Royal Mail. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

Customs, duties and import taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer where applicable.

Order processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
